Roman Park Hall welcomes hirers and visitors from Berryfields and surrounding areas and offers a range of choices for community, commercial and personal use.

We cater for many different events from the smallest business meeting to big parties, events, corporate meetings, wedding receptions, engagement and christening parties, wakes, as well as children's parties up to 12 years of age. Our halls are fully equipped and the premises are fully licensed to serve alcohol and for music. A bar and catering are available to hirers and their guests.

With plenty of outside space to enjoy better weather and cosy spaces indoors we are happy and able to tailor each event to exact requirements. We can arrange entertainment from bouncy castles to painting lessons, musicians, discos, staging and decor. Full event management service available.

How to find us Easily accessible on the outskirts of Aylesbury at Berryfields we have plenty of free parking. Aylesbury Vale Parkway Station is next door as are local bus stops. Sir Henry Lee Crescent HP18 0YT is off the roundabout of the A41 (landmarks are Miller & Carter and Lucas Furniture store).

Your safety is important All spaces are cleaned before and after each hire, and all touch surfaces are sanitized.

ROMAN PARK HALL - Prices applicable to 31 December 2024. 2025 Prices available on application.

All bookings require a minimum of £100 deposit (depending on the size of the event) which is refundable after your event, providing the terms and conditions of the booking are met.

Weekday hire for regular hirers, please contact the office for availability and prices.

Week day hire from 9am to 11pm from *£50 per hour residents, *£55 per hour non-residents

Weekend hire from 9am to 6pm from *£50 per hour residents, *£55 per hour non-residents.

Friday/Saturday 6pm-midnight: *£500 residents rate, *£550 non-residents.

Sunday 6pm-11pm *£500 residents, *£550 non-residents

*Weddings/ Conferences/Wakes/Celebrations and Festivals etc price on application depending on requirements. Roman Park Hall will accommodate 180 people banquet style or 220 cinema seated. Additional space in adjoining meeting room and village hall.

All prices include one member of staff (minimum) throughout your event, tables and chairs set out as required and put away, use of AV equipment and built-in speakers, modern toilet facilities with disabled and baby changing.

We are a licensed premises and the bar is available for your event. ' Bringing your own alcohol' is not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel your event and retain the deposit if guests are seen to be drinking their own alcohol.

All other services including catering, bands, DJ, table cloths, chair coverings, and outside space are available on request at an extra charge.

All prices include one member of staff (minimum) throughout your event, tables and chairs set out as required and put away, use of AV equipment, modern toilet facilities with disabled and baby changing, and use of kitchenette.

MEETING ROOM for up to 10 people with screen, wifi, flip chart.

It can also be booked for therapies/massage or counseling sessions.

Week day charge of £15 per hour.
